Every order is packed with care and dispatched as quickly as we can. Here is everything you need to know about how your pieces reach you.

Where we ship

We deliver across India. International delivery can be arranged on request, so do reach out before placing the order if you are outside India.

Processing time

Our pieces are ready to wear, so most orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of confirmation. During festive periods or sale events, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders within India typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges

We offer free delivery across India. International orders are charged at actual shipping rates, shared with you and confirmed before dispatch.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across India for eligible pin codes. Our team will confirm availability for your address when you place your order.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we share the courier and tracking details with you on WhatsApp, so you always know where your pieces are. You can also see your orders any time in your account.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries are delayed by weather, festive volumes, courier issues or other events beyond our control. We will keep you informed and do our best to make it right.

Failed or undelivered orders

If a courier is unable to deliver after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us. We will contact you to re-arrange delivery or to process a refund.

International orders

For international deliveries, any customs duties, taxes or import charges are set by the destination country and borne by the customer.
