These Terms of Service govern your use of the Noor-e-Prit website and your purchase of our products. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter into a binding contract, to place an order with us.

Products, colours and availability

We design and sell ready-to-wear Indian womenswear. We work hard to show every piece accurately, but the colour and texture you see may vary slightly between screens, and many of our prints and finishes are made in small batches, so minor natural variation is part of their charm. All items are subject to availability, and we may update or discontinue a piece at any time.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep pricing accurate, but if a genuine error occurs we may correct it and, where needed, cancel an affected order and refund any amount paid.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order or send it to us on WhatsApp, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only once we accept it and confirm stock and a delivery date. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment already made.

Payment

You can place your order on WhatsApp and pay on delivery where available. Secure online payment may also be offered at checkout. You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can fulfil your order.

Shipping, returns and exchanges

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and exchanges by our Returns and Exchanges policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, prints, patterns, photographs, text and other content on this website are owned by Noor-e-Prit or used with permission, and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Noor-e-Prit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
